Arian Speight
Arian attended Starcast classes for 9 years and was Starcast Dance Company and Singing Company, Captain.
Here’s what Arian had to say about her time with us:
“One of the many things I loved about Starcast, was how supportive everyone is and the family environment.
The teachers are unbelievably supportive and will always make time for you when you need them for either just a general chat or if you want some extra practice, miss Kiri and miss Harriet especially were incredibly helpful and supportive when I was coming up to my auditions for uni, making time for me to show them what I had planned for my auditions, giving feedback and helping me with choreography.
My favourite starcast memory is getting to perform in Disneyland Paris with some of my closest friends.
My advice for anyone thinking of joining would be, just go for it, because you never know, it might lead you to a career you’d never even considered and it’s so much fun you’ll never want to leave!”

Aaron Campbell
Aaron attended Starcast classes for five years and was the Starcast Dance Company Captain.
Here’s what Aaron had to say about his time with us:
“Starcast has made me into the person I am today! When I joined at aged 11, I never thought I would be where I am today, training at such a prestigious dance school to make a career out of performing and I have Starcast to thank for that.
The commitment, love and support from every single teacher is unbelievable, it’s such an amazing place. Not only have I learned performing skills I’ve learnt many life skills and has made me happier and more confident in myself as a person which is so crucial for life, whatever career you choose!
It’s over a year since I’ve left and I still miss the Starcast family so much and feel so grateful that I can come back to teach and see everyone.
I will be forever grateful for what Starcast has given me throughout the years, so thank you from the bottom of my heart.”

Emma Dearden
Emma Dearden attended dance classes, singing lessons and drama at Starcast Salisbury for 5 years.
Emma was chosen to perform in a professional pantomime last year and this year she successfully auditioned for the P & O Cruise Ship “Azura”. We wish her so much love and luck on her first job as a featured aerialist and dancer on this fabulous Cruise Ship.
Here is what Emma has to say about her time at Starcast:
“Starcast has a special place in my heart and is the main reason I am where I am today! It was a place I loved to be. Not just because it was where I learnt to dance but because it was where I learnt to love it.
It’s where my childhood dreams began to come to life and was where I learnt that you can get to anywhere in life if you have the right mindset and work hard enough for it!
Starcast teachers are the most amazing teachers you could ever wish to have. They would do anything for anyone and always goes above and beyond.
It was their belief in me which lead me to take the leap and go to a full time further education dance school.
I now have the job of my dreams on board the incredible P&O Azura as a dancer and an Aerialist, and have already at 19 done jobs that I wouldn’t have even believed before Starcast.
In conclusion, it’s not just the dancing, the steps or the notes that make the classes at Starcast priceless, it’s the energy the teachers put in, the life lessons it teaches and confidence it gives everyone to succeed.
It was my inspiration and I would recommend it to anyone”.
I can’t thank them enough!”

Senan Richmond
Senan was part of the Starcast Singing Company and Dance Company and a very valued student and Junior Assistant for five years.
“Ever since I joined Starcast nearly 7 years ago, I’ve never felt so comfortable and safe in an educational environment, from playing drama games to wearing a wizards cloak on stage, I have loved every single second of it.
Not only do I feel as though I’ve learned so many skills and techniques that I use in my practices today at university but I also feel as though Starcast has helped me to become a better person.
The staff there are actually incredible, they were always there for me. They weren’t just my teachers but they were my friends.
I just want to thank Starcast for everything that it’s offered me to help me get to this stage – every show we’ve put on has been a blast. I was extremely sad to leave but it was time for me to spread my wings and move on into the big city to pursue what I love. So thank you Starcast, for everything.”

Megan Porter
Megan was part of the specialist dance classes Starcast offer through our Dance Company and also attended Starcast Salisbury.
I trained with Starcast in Salisbury in dance classes, drama lessons and singing lessons for over for two years. I was also part of the Starcast Dance Company.
They helped me hugely with so much, from gaining confidence both on and off of stage, learning tips for doing my own choreography and also being introduced to a massive variety of dance and performance styles along with all the endless opportunities I was given.
I can honestly say that I wouldn’t have been able to follow my dream and get into one of the top performing arts colleges in the country without the help of all the support teachers at Starcast who were so supportive to me while I was at Starcast, during my audition process and even since I’ve left Starcast.
Everyone is so caring supportive and I still know that I could always pop in whenever if I ever needed advice or help with anything- dance related or not.
Starcast is a family that I was welcomed into the minute I stepped foot into the building and a place that I can honestly I will always feel at home.
I am forever grateful for everything that I have learnt with them!
